BIG NEWS: 2017 Auction is ONLINE!

This year, the AVE Booster Club has posted all of our silent auction items on a special bidding website. In order to view and bid on our auction items this year, simply visit www.biddingowl.com/aveboosterclub and take 30 seconds to set up an account. This format has several exciting features that should improve the auction for bidders and boosters alike. Here are a few of the new features:

• Advanced bidding available - The auction is open and items are available for bid RIGHT NOW, from your phone or computer. The auction will close at the end of the evening. Any winners present will pay online, and receive their prizes at the event.
• Remote bidding available - Unable to make it to casino night? Don't want to lose your spot at the poker table? Have friends or family out of town who want to support your children's education? The online format means that anyone with a Bidding Owl account can bid any of our auction items! Don't miss out on the Golden Getaway, Napa Wine Tasting, Purgatory Condo Weekend, or any of our other prizes just because you won't be at the event! Event attendees will be able to bid right from their smart phones without ever giving up that seat at the poker table, or losing their dice-throwing mojo!
• Bidding notifications - Bidders can choose to be texted or emailed when a higher bid is placed for their item. Want to make sure you don't miss out on the Trimble passes or that photo facial? Just set an alert, and be notified when it's time to up the ante.

All bids will be placed online this year - including bids for class art projects - in order to streamline the bidding and payment process. There will be a limited number of volunteers available to help set up accounts, but bidders will need to have a smart phone, and helpers will need access to bidder phones in order to set up accounts.
